\nWe hope you\u2019re satisfied with your NatiPharma<\/strong> products, however we understand that sometimes things don\u2019t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from\u00a0www.natipharma.com<\/a>\u00a0within 2 days purchase.<\/p>\n

How do I place a return or exchange?<\/em>
\nTo return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team here (\u00a0info@natipharma.com<\/a>\u00a0) here with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. Nest step will be that you\u2019ll ship them\/it in our address provided by our custom care team, and we\u2019ll be on your own expenses.<\/p>\n

How long does it take to process a return?<\/em>
\nPlease allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our address. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).<\/p>\n
